The renowned Chef Diogo Rocha, in charge of Mesa de Lemos, shows with each menu a cuisine based on the best flavors, and is always searching for local products that have almost disappeared, such as the hazelnuts from Viseu, which he expertly incorporates into his menus. To gain full knowledge of his creativity, we suggest the Chef’s Menu, that includes seven moments. There is also the Lemos Menu, with five moments- all include compliments from the chef, featuring unique local flavors and elegance.
