Quinta de Fermil

Quinta de Fermil is an enchanting accommodation set in a 6 ha property located at the heart of a dazzling natural landscape in the region of Vouzela, only 25 km away from Viseu.

This accommodation consists of 3 houses: Solar, Casa do Miradouro and Casa das Oliveiras. All houses have independent access to the common areas, such as: the outdoor swimming-pool, the chapel, the gardens and the surrounding woods. All houses offer Wi-Fi, TV, alarm system and anti-fire system, as well as bed linen and towels, amenities and breakfast. Pool towels, cribs, extra beds, grill and others upon request.

As far as the houses are concerned, Solar is a 2-room house with a spacious living room, a leisure room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with capacity for 4-6 persons; Casa do Miradouro has 2 suites with a living and meal room, a fully equipped kitchen and a panoramic terrace with furniture with capacity for 4-6 guests and Casa das Oliveiras has 4 suites, a wide living and meal room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 internal gardens connected to the rooms and a internal common garden. This house can house 2 - 12 guests.
