Mesa de Lemos

1-star Michelin Mesa de Lemos is located in Quinta de Lemos, 5 minutes away from the picturesque village of Santar, known for its wine production, and 20 minutes away from the inland city of Viseu.

The esteemed Chef Diogo Rocha, in charge of Mesa de Lemos, shows with each menu a cuisine based on the best flavors, and is always searching for local products that have almost disappeared, such as the hazelnuts from Viseu, which he expertly incorporates into his menus. To gain full knowledge of his creativity, we suggest the Chef's Menu, that includes seven moments. There is also the Lemos Menu, with five moments- all include compliments from the chef, featuring unique local flavors and elegance.

The menu also serves as a stage that exhibits the wines produced at Quinta de Lemos. It is a cuisine based on the authenticity of regional products and the concern about keeping them in their purest, most natural state, by deeply respecting nature and the annual cycle of the seasons.
