The School of Arts & Crafts of Cerdeira - Home for Creativity is beautifully located in a 700 m-high valley in the cosy village of Cerdeira, at the heart of Lousã Mountain, 37 km away from Coimbra.
This school has all the necessary facilities for artists or for anyone searching for a first contact with art. It is possible to attend workshops led by prestigious artists in ceramics, wood works, visual arts, as well as other traditional crafts, such as basketry or tile painting.
The courses of the School of Arts & Crafts are open to both beginners and more experienced pupils. There are initiation workshops that last 1 or 2 days and longer courses that allow a deeper learning. Creative experiences that last 2h30m can be also booked for a first approach with an artistic field.
