As starter, we recommend scrambled eggs with fresh asparagus that taste wonderfully! In the kitchen the smiling Chef João has all the fresh asparagus piled up on the table and they look delicious! For main course, grilled octopus with melted cheese Serra da Estrela on top and the typical “migas”, assorted vegetables. And for desert the typical “papas de carolo”, similar to sweet rice!
