Moinho do Boneco organises flour workshops, as well as conversations and tastings!

Moinho do Boneco is a traditional windmill that was brought to life by the granddaughter of the miller, Fátima Nunes. An inspiring lifetime project!

In this traditional windmill the flour is produced according to traditional natural processes and the cereals used in this procedure come from the local plantation fields.

Everything is made with the power of the wind, as it has always been. No genetically modified flour is produced here. This project is developed through the passion and soul of the miller’s granddaughter, Fátima, who works every single day to keep tradition alive.
