The hot air balloon festival "Voar na Beira Baixa" (Flying in Beira Baixa) will be held from August 30th to 4th September at the heart of a unique natural landscape because of its immensity and wilderness. Dozens of hot air balloons will fly upon the roads, the paths and the breath-taking sceneries of Castelo Branco, Idanha-a-Nova, Oleiros, Penamacor, Proença-a-Nova and Vila Velha de Ródão.
