Rye bread of Videmonte
The Mountain Village of Videmonte has an identity strongly influenced by the rye culture. Céu and Manuel Proença created the project called Vim do Monte, combining the purest tradition with the evolution of time.
Parsnip
Parsnip is a root vegetable that looks like a carrot, but has the colour of a turnip. Its unique flavour is actually of mix of them, yet sweeter. This highly healthy vegetable needs the cold to grow. This is why it is very popular in the mountain city of Covilhã, known as the parsnip capital.
Cherry of Fundão
The cherry production is developed between the Gardunha, Estrela and Malcata Mountains, in Cova da Beira, region with excellent climatic conditions for fruit growing, and soils with ideal conditions for the development of the cherry tree.
Rocha pear
About 170 years ago (1836), a different pear tree with fruit of unusual quality was identified in the municipality of Sintra, on Mr. Rocha's property. It was from this tree that the variety spread: Rocha pear variety.

Alcobaça apple
The Alcobaça apple is a unique blend of nine apple varieties. It's a Protected Geographical Indication product and a focal point for a local tourism route, with a harvest period from August to November, known for its exceptional taste and crispness due to Alcobaça's micro-climate.
Olive oil
