Quinta da Taboadella is located in Silvã de Cima within 40 ha of vineyards between Vale do Pereiro and Vale do Sequeiro, offering a stunning view over Serra da Estrela. The modern wine cellar was designed by the Portuguese architect Carlos Castanheira and is an example of ecological sustainability by using materials such as wood and cork. This winery has the oldest testimonies of the history of wine making in the region of Dão, dating back to 1255.
Casa da Ínsua is a baroque style manor-house, built during the 18th century by order of Luís de Albuquerque de Mello Pereira e Cáceres, Governor and General-Captain of Cuibá and Mato Grosso, in Brazil. Wine region Bairrada has a distinguishing wine location, combining a design-oriented architecture and the wine cult. Quinta do Encontro is a project of Global Wines. Quinta do Encontro was designed by Portuguese architect Pedro Mateus, including a gastronomic area, a shop, a leisure area, a wine-making cellar and a multipurpose room. It is located 30km away from Coimbra, 40 km away from Aveiro and 3,5km away from Curia.

Not far from the Montejunto Mountains, 50 km from Lisbon, between Vilar and Martim Joanes, is situated the Quinta do Gradil. One of the oldest estates from Cadaval, a property that also was part of the legacy of the Marquis of Pombal, Quinta do Gradil has a strong wine tradition that started many years ago. The property comprises a noble chapel decorated by an artistically decorated tower, a housing core, a cellar and an agricultural area of 120 hectares with wine production.
