Solar Dom Silvestre is located in the Historical Village of Castelo Novo, surrounded by the Serra da Gardunha, 15 minutes from the city of Fundão, 20 minutes from Castelo Branco, and 2 and a half hours from the Lisbon Airport. This manor house dates back to 1616 and has been totally renovated, offering its guests the greatest comfort. All the rooms have air-conditioning, a private bathroom, and free Wi-Fi access.

The guests have access to common areas, such as a dining/breakfast room, a lounge, an entertainment lounge with TV and books, and a game room with a pool table, which can be converted into a conference room. The guests may use the fitness room and there is an inviting patio equipped with tables and chairs. There are also two units that are separate from the main house: an air-conditioned suite with kitchenette, and an air-conditioned home comprising a room with mezzanine and bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
